• ₹14,999 per seat, per month, GST included. The amenities listed above are part of that fee, with no maintenance charges or surcharges on top.
• No security deposit. You do not lock up two or three months of rent before your first day.
• No lock-in. Membership runs month to month. Stay for one month or a year, and tell us before your next month begins if you are not renewing.
• Team pricing is simple multiplication. Two seats cost twice the single-seat fee, three cost three times. There are no bundles or special team plans to decode.

That makes the workspace a fixed, known line in your monthly burn. If you hire, add a seat (subject to availability). If plans change, you are not stuck paying for a contract you no longer need. Fees are paid monthly in advance, and mall parking is charged separately by the mall.

Be clear on one thing before you plan your week around it: there are no meeting rooms, private cabins or lounges here. Guests are allowed only with prior approval from us, must be accompanied by a member, and cannot use the workstations. In practice, founders who meet often tend to do their focused work at the desk and walk to a nearby cafe or the client's office for the conversation.
