Our address is 3rd Floor, Prestige Eva Mall, Brigade Road, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru - 560025. Brigade Road runs off MG Road, so the mall sits in the same central business district block that most people mean when they say "MG Road". From the office you are a short walk from:

• MG Road and MG Road metro station
• Church Street, with its cafes and bookshops for a break between work blocks
• Residency Road and the rest of the CBD

How to reach us from MG Road

By metro. MG Road metro station is a short walk from Prestige Eva Mall. If you live along the metro line, this is usually the least stressful way in, because you skip both traffic and parking.

By bike or car. Prestige Eva Mall has paid two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking inside the building. It runs on mall rules and mall rates, and it is not included in the desk fee, so factor it in if you plan to drive every day.

On foot or by cab. If you are already working or meeting people around Church Street, Residency Road or MG Road, the office is close enough to walk between appointments. For a cab, use the Prestige Eva Mall address on Brigade Road.

Once inside the mall, head to the 3rd Floor. Deliveries and couriers stop at the building's designated entry point, so plan to collect your own parcels there.

Why a quiet desk can beat a busy hub

The area around MG Road has plenty of large coworking floors with events, lounges and constant movement. That suits some people. If your work is mostly calls, team huddles and networking, a busier space with meeting rooms will serve you better than we can.

Beyond Basics is built for the opposite: long stretches of focused work. A few things make it different:

• The floor is deliberately silent. Loud conversations and speakerphone calls are not allowed. Step out of the room to take a call.
• Seats are kept few. We would rather have fewer members than a crowded room.
• No meeting rooms, cabins or lounges. We skip them on purpose, which keeps the floor calm and the price lower.
• Plants and daylight. Indoor greenery and natural light make long days easier.
• 24/7 access. Work early, late or on weekends, whenever your focus is best.

Who it suits, and price in context

The space suits people who need a calm, reliable desk rather than an office suite: developers, writers, designers, analysts, consultants and remote employees whose company has no office in Bangalore. On price, ₹14,999 is a flat monthly figure for one seat, with GST already included. There is no deposit to park with us and no notice period to sit out, because there is no lock-in.
